Pj Party + Family Yoga + Movie Experience

Join Mother House at Sweat Equity for an unforgettable summer pajama party, which includes family yoga, immersive movie, and surprises for the community!

• Wear pajamas, bring blankets & pillows, and settle in for an afternoon of movement, connection, and an immersive movie experience
• gentle 20 minute family yoga class beneath Sweat Equity's immersive projection wall and disco ball
• transform the studio into the ultimate indoor movie pajama party. Movie will be chosen by the community and announced during our yoga class. Families will be given clues to the movie through our movie themed moves!
• Sweat Equity's wellness amenities, including: sauna and cold plunge.
• We will also have special vendors and surprises!

Your evening includes:

• A 20 minute beginner friendly family yoga class

• Cold plunge + sauna for adults (children must be supervised)

• A family movie on Sweat Equity's immersive projection wall

• A cozy community of local families

Come dressed in your favorite pajamas and bring:

• Blanket or comforter

• Pillow

• Sleeping bag if you'd like

We'll have a check in area at the entrance for your belongings so you can settle in comfortably before class begins.
